Hydraulic Programs suite v4.x
From TechnoLogismiki web site:
The official version of the Hydraulic Programs suite for Windows 9x/NT/Me/2000/XP/2003, includes the following modules:
- Gravity Networks: Storm networks, Sewer networks, Water collection inlets
- Networks Under Pressure: Water networks, Pressure networks
- Profiles: Network profiles
- Network Quantities & Budgets: Quantities calculation, Budget and Construction costs
- Dams: Reservoir simulation, Hydropower works
- Pressure Flow: Pump calculation, Water hammer
- Free Surface Flow: Flood routing, Culverts
- Hydrology: Hydrographs synthesis, Flood flows, Water balance model
- River hydraulics: Uniform flow in streams and rivers, Non-uniform flow in streams and rivers, River profiles
The water networks module solves water networks consisted of junctions, pipes, valves, pumps, tanks and reservoirs. The program can be used to derive the steady state solution or an extended variable solution. It is compatible with EPANET and you can import – export files from and to EPANET. A partial list of its features follows:
- Supports unlimited number of junctions, pipes, valves, pumps, tanks and reservoirs.
- CAD-like interface with add, delete, move, stretch and more!
- Import and export to DXF, EPANET, Word, Excel and ASCII
- Time varying curves are supported
- Logical rules: you can use controls and composite rules to define operational settings for the network
- Use Manning, Darcy-Weisbach or Hazen-Williams friction formulas to calculate linear energy losses
- Results are presented: In configurable tables, graphically using customizable figures,
graphically using the results animation feature - Calibration functions facilitate checking existing networks
- Energy consumption reports can be generated for the whole network
- Fully integrated multi-parametric quality modeling
- Inline unit conversions that support virtually ALL units
- Automated professional calculations sheets
- Export results to ASCII file, to Microsoft Word and/or Microsoft Excel
- Automatically create the plane view plot with the click of a button in DXF format. Real time preview is also available at any time
- Automatically create profile plots and print them or export them to DXF (requires Network profiles program which is sold separately)
